Ocean Park has numerous cafes and restaurants, the best pubs and hangouts in the city. The property covers all your needs while offering a breezy retreat from it all. If you're driving, there is quick access to the expressway for just a 15-minute drive to the airport, a 10-minute drive to the old city, and a 4-minute drive to the supermarket.

Beautifully decorated, casual style, the apartment offers comfort with comfy beds, plush pillows, and fluffy towels. A queen-size bed in the bedroom. There is a table for 2 guests. The open-style kitchenette is equipped with basic cooking utensils. The Ocean Park beach provides plenty of play areas for kids as well as adults.

We have a washer and dryer coin-operated in the building for your convenience. The washer costs $3.00, and the dryer costs $3.00 per load. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own laundry detergent and bringing change.

1. We charge a PER PERSON rate; only the people reflected in your reservation will be allowed in your listing (NO EXCEPTIONS). We have staff on-site 24/7 specifically to observe this rule is being followed.

Respect the neighborhood and the community.

Quiet hours on site will be from 9 PM to 9 AM daily. This means no loud yelling, profanities, music speakers, etc. OUTSIDE of your listing, the police and/or health departments will show up if they are called. If this does happen, this will require your immediate removal from the property without a refund. THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED
We have 16 security cameras around the property,
The front, the back, and the sides of the house.
These cameras are for security and are visible at the entrance and back.

Other things to note

Beach House strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide one bath towel per guest and one beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least two beach chairs.

Beach House provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel-size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, three garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one dish soap and one dish sponge. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

Extra amenities: Daybed and stroller.
Each would have to be requested in advance of your arrival. Please note that there is a $10 fee for the daybed. Stroller comes at no charge.

Late Check-out: We provide the option of a late check-out at a rate of $15 per hour. This allows you to extend your check-out time from the standard 11 AM to 2 PM. However, if you require an extension beyond 2 PM, a full extra day will be charged.
